TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAIN AMBULANCE SERVICES BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

1. For Train Medical Escorts Services Booking: –

a) The patient attendant must pay 60-70% of booking amount in the beginning.
b) Remaining payment of 30-40% is to be paid by patient attendant once our medical team reaches to the respective hospital to receive the patient before starting of the journey.
c) Our medical team will receive the patient from the origin hospital only after confirming full payment by the patient attendant.
d) If any delayed of rest payment at the origin place (at the hospital) by the patient attendant then waiting charge of ambulance INR 1,500/- per hour will be charged.
e) Once the ticket details sent to the patient attendant or 12 Hours before the call concerned doctor’s flight then 100% amount will be non-refundable.
f) Full payment must be cleared by patient attendant before the journey start from the origin place because we do not take life risk of the patient.

2. Train Medical Escorts Services will completely have bed to bed like- home to hospital, hospital to home and hospital to hospital, and like that.

3. The radius between origin and railway station or railway station to destination must be within 15-20 km in any circumstances in any one hospital.

4. If distance varies (more than 15-20 km) from origin to railway station or railway station to destination then extra charges of road ambulance will be applicable and will be paid by patient attendant only.

5. That if patient attendant does not get admission of the destination hospital and want to move to the next hospital then extra charges of the ambulance will be applicable and will pay by the patient attendant only.

6. Also, if patient attendant wants to travel more than from his origin place to destination or destination to
origin place, then extra charged of ground/road ambulance will be paid by patient attendant only.

7. Fooding/ bed sheet/ pillow/blanket and other consumable item will not be provided by the company all these things must be kept by the patient attendant only.

8. If the patient attendant misbehaves with the medical team/ambulance driver and staff of the company then service will be withdrawn instantly and legal action will be taken by the company as per legal court.

9. If ticket is not confirmed due to rush in the train/cancelled train/or any other circumstances then in such cases company can try to arrange ambulance or next day train ticket booking. And if patient attendant cancels the booking or do not want to service for further day then ambulance, medical team and other miscellaneous charges will be deducted from the existing booking.

Cancellation Policy: –

Cancellation for Train Ambulance:

1. If booking cancel by the patient attendant immediate or within a 30 minutes then INR 10,000/- will be charged as processing fees of the company.

2. Cancellation if occurred after one hour; then 50% of the total amount will be deductible.

3. Once ticketing process done even in less than one hour; then 50% of the total amount will be deductible and ticketing Charges will be additional.

4. Cancellation if occur within 12 Hours or after boarding the flight by our doctor (from Delhi or Other Origin City); then 100% Amount will be deductible.

5. Once our services activated with 100% and then if booking cancel by patient attendant; 100% Amount will be Non-refundable.

6. Full Risk of Transportation will be the patient’s relative of patient party; they must sign on consent paper. Our responsibility is to provide the best medical team with the most reliable equipment’s.

7. If the patient is passed away during the journey; then the expenses of further journey (with dead body) charges will be additional which will not be included in our package and will be paid by the patient attendant.

Company will only help in arranging the road ambulance for transporting the dead body and cost of that will be paid by patient attendant. Patient attendant can arrange their own dead body transportation.

Cancellation for Air Ambulance:

1. If a cancellation request is made after 15 minutes of booking confirmation, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted.

2. If we have already processed your request and completed all arrangements, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
